CC restoration offers a unique approach to contents. Unlike most restoration companies, we only restore personal and commercial belongings making your treasured items our only focus.
This most often is the first step. In the pack-out phase, items are boxed, wrapped and inventoried per room in the affected area(s). Contents are then taken to storage until the next phase begins.
When applicable, after the pack-out we begin the cleaning process. The cleaning varies based on the type of loss. After the items are cleaned, the contents are boxed and/or wrapped once again with new materials.
Once your contents have been packed-out, they will be stored. If your contents do not need to undergo cleaning they will get stored until your home or building is back to its pre-loss condition.
This is the final stage of this process. During this phase, your contents will be brought back and placed in your home.
The contents that are majorly affected by the loss are deemed non-salvageable. The contents are photographed, inventoried, and sent out to the insurance.
